Update!
Update: For my accountability girlies i did yoga the past 2 days too even though i haven’t written about it, and i feel goooooooood! I’m still adjusting the eating, it has been a little off today, but i still exercised to make up for it. Haven’t felt this good in a while and i am already seeing results! So keep me accountable and in your prayers!!! :)

Yoga Meltdown by Jillian Michaels
I just finished a workout dvd by Jillian Michaels and loved it! I love yoga but the combination of Yoga and Cardio is so much fun. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow!!!
